Eddington is the latest film from Writer/Director Ari Aster, his second with Joaquin Phoenix who plays a small town sheriff. The film also stars Pedro Pascal, Luke Grimes, Deirdre O’Connell, Micheal Ward, Amélie Hoeferle, Clifton Collins Jr., William Belleau, with Austin Butler and Emma Stone.

Aster is one of the best of the current crop of filmmakers under 40. His feature films have all been released by indie powerhouse A24. Martin Scorsese recently praised Ari Aster as “One of the Most Extraordinary New Voices in Cinema.”
Eddington will premiere at Cannes.
