One of the most promising movies of the year comes from director Coralie Fargeat. She previously helmed the unshakeable Revenge. She debuted her new unsettling vision at the Cannes Film Festival, where it began to stir up awards chatter for Demi Moore‘s lead performance.
Moore, who recently did exceptional work in Feud: Capote vs. the Swans, stars alongside Margaret Qualley and Dennis Quaid in the upcoming body horror picture. Here’s The Substance trailer:
